Increased Commitment to Scanning & Corporate Social Responsibility

To support our customers who now work from multiple workplaces, Total Data Management has increased its scanning capacity.  Promoting the use of secure data management  image retrievals in order to access information will also help to reduce carbon footprint and increase commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility.

The following communication was emailed to all Total Data Management customers:

The restrictions that the pandemic is imposing on us all, continues to change the way that we conduct our business.  The need for many now to work from home is already in place and this has advanced our thinking as to how we can best support your requirements in accessing information, whilst enhancing our own commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

We recognise that whilst always maintaining confidentiality and data security compliance, we must fulfil a role, which in effect represents an extension of your own support staff.  You require information when and where you need it, therefore our solution is to widen the use of secure imaging as a method of retrieval, direct to your particular workplace / home space.

The Total Data scanning bureau has therefore been expanded, with the purchase of the latest equipment and the creation of a dedicated team.  The current secure scanning retrieval function has been extended to a main line service. We will now also be able to complete larger scanning projects in line with our clients increasing requirements.

We will clearly need to continue with our physical collection and delivery service.  However, we recognise that increasingly every company has a part to play in promoting the ethos of CSR and we believe that our latest offering will help Total Data Management and our clients go a long way to achieving that goal.
