ISO 9001 Quality Assurance

The annual external audit was successfully completed in August 2020 for the Total Data Management ISO 9001 Quality Assurance.  After all aspects of the company’s Quality Management System was checked and verified, the report generated showed that there was a totally clean audit with no improvement recommendations.

The past year has been dominated by requirements to increase the internal audit programme and, in light of COVID-19, the expansion of existing and the creation of additional risk assessments.  Particular attention was required to raise the coverage of health & safety to new levels and a new pandemic risk assessment was introduced.  It was also important to increase the focus on business continuity in response to the potential for national and regional lockdowns.
