You will be allocated an Account Manager from day one of your service and they will be available throughout your time with us to answer questions, provide updates on services, or for a general catchup.

Collect
We cover the entire of the United Kingdom, offering scheduled deliveries and collections.

Summarise
We summarise patient records directly onto your clinical system, backlog and ongoing services available.

Need to access a digital copy of a patient record, no problem:

Store
Securely store your patient records offsite for 100% traceability with 24/7 access via Box Clever. Transfer records from your surgery to save space or move from an existing offsite supplier.
Unfortunately, it is common that Surgeries experience issues with requesting patient files from offsite storage suppliers and can also experience issues tracing records internally. We will always conduct an audit for every incoming archive when it is transferred to our secure storage complex; listing box references and auditing individual patient records within.
When transferring to us, we will find any lost or misplaced records and correct wrong or incorrect entries from existing databases so that your archive will be 100% accurate.
