Experience and Technology

Our team has vast experience in records management and storage. Originally we created our systems and technology based upon our expertise in the most complex form of records management, namely, forensic insolvency and accounting. Used as a basis to develop systems for all other professional service sectors our key asset is BoxClever®, a client information and communications portal.

Customer Service

At Total Data we take customer service very seriously and providing an unparalleled service is our objective. As such we closely monitor our performance across the key elements that customers tell us are important to them.

Our team is focused on delivering service and we track our transactions constantly to ensure a high performance at all times. A main feature of the Account Management Programme is to generate service reports which are made available to clients and discussed as part of the Service Review.
